Michelle McDaniel, CEO/Owner of Back Office Administrators, founded the company to offer comprehensive support to small businesses in various areas such as start-up assistance, financial management, accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. With a focus on operational efficiency, Back Office Administrators relieves business owners of back-office tasks, enabling them to concentrate on driving sales and increasing revenues. Michelle is also the CEO and co-owner of B & M Enterprise, Inc., a franchise associated with FedEx Ground & Home Delivery, which has been in operation since October 2005.
Michelle has a strong connection with Holt Computer Training. In 2003, she provided professional development services to Holt's students, and when Holt became a franchise, she was the first to embrace the vision of reducing the digital divide and providing accessible training to companies looking to enhance their employees' skills and to underserved communities.
